1 – Competitive prices

The Flex Z system has allowed Tein to reduce production costs thanks to the Sealed Structure system, which is an interchangeable cartridge in which the internal load is changed instead of building the internal mechanism on the internal body of the amortisator as if it were 1 piece.

In this way they are two separate pieces, the inner and the outside body, this system has allowed a reduction of costs in the production chain and also facilitates the repair of the amortisers when these are already tired.

The Bitubo System

To maintain the quality and comfort of the merchandise, Tein uses the bitubo design in the Flex Z series, with wider amortizing routes so that the suspension on irregular roads is not top, offering comfort at low speeds and stability at high speeds.

3 - Height adjustment regardless of the pre-load of the muelle

The Tein height regulation system allows you to adjust the height of the carrossery regardless of the pre-load of the mole, some marks of suspension allow the height adjustment only by the seat of the mole causing a cutting in the work course of the amortizator, in this way appears the "rebote effect" so own and uncomfortable of the low cost suspension.

With the Flex Z series this effect remains suppressed since by lowering the height the work course of the amortisator is preserved.

4 -16 hardness adjust levels + ADVANCE M.S.V

The MonoSport system has 16 levels of combined compression/extension hardness adjustment and as a novelty with regard to its Monoflex series predecessor, it incorporates a new valve subset composed of 2 mechanisms called The Advance M.S.V.

The Advance Needle mechanism to increase the amortisation strength range and the M.S.V. (Micro Valve System) mechanism to soften the amortisation forces at low speeds.

As a result, we have a semi-intelligent self-adaptative suspension that adjusts to the conditions of use in each circumstance, improving the precision of response in the direction, a better car dynamics and a better traction.


Compatible with the EDFC system

The Monosport system is compatible with the EDFC Active and EDFC Active Pro electronic centrals, it can be purchased separately in the future and easily mounted to convert your suspension into an active and self-governed electronic suspension in real-time using G-power triaxial sensors.

With the incorporation of the EDFC system, 4 actuators are installed on the top of the axes and transform the regulation scale of 16 positions into 32 and 64 adjust positions.

6 - Included rigid upper couples (where applicable)

Most vehicle applications come with rigid coples for a simpler and easy assembly, and without having to reuse the original rubber element that is usually wasted or deteriorated with the passage of the kilometers.

Depending on the characteristics of each car, they can come with uniball labels, or with reinforced rubber plets.most models include a fall regulation system on the front axis (only in Mcpherson suspension models, in some triangular arms applications this assembly is not possible)

 

Reliability and long duration

With the passage of the years, Tein has developed protections with improved materials that better protect the retenes and axes of harmful external agents, extending the duration of the amortisers.

Final assembly operations are performed in a room in laboratory hygienic conditions to avoid the presence of dust and other strange particles that may remain inside the mechanisms.


Patented Anti-Corrosion Treatment Tein ZT

Tein uses an anti-corrosion treatment of its carcases patented as ZT (patent no. 4347712), it is the application of two layers of anti-corrosion powder material after a snoring of sand and with a cooking in a oven at high temperatures, with this it is achieved an incomparable protection to the other brands.


9 - Amortisation body and reinforced anchors

In the Z Series, Tein uses external corner and lower brackets for greater strength

10 - Low friction shell

Tein uses in the Monosport Series a new low-friction shell on the mould seats to facilitate the height adjustment with the suspensions mounted already in the car with the tools provided.


11 – Antifatiga

Tein's molds are SAE9254 steel (with a tortion resistance of more than 200 kg/mm2) and cold molded to preserve the characteristics of steel and preserve them from subsequent fatigue.


12 - High performance synthetic hydraulic

The secret of a good suspension is to use a good hydraulic to avoid premature fatigue and swelling, cheap oils always form foam when the amortisator is heated.This is why it is very important for Tein to use a fluid with unbeatable viscosity and ebulation point characteristics to ensure the efficiency of the amortizator even in extreme circumstances.


THE FLEX Z SYSTEM

The novelty of the Flex Z series with respect to its predecessor Street Flex is in the possibility of changing the internal loads of the amortizator.With the previous series you had to send the suspensions to the factory to repair, but with the new Z series you can buy the interior cartridges without having to spend extra money on the shipment doors of the suspensions to the factory.With this load exchange system, it is much more comfortable for the user, fast and cheap.
