2 - Monotube architecture system

3 - Height adjustment regardless of spring preload

 4 - New patented Tein monotube inverted triple tube system

5 -16 levels of ADVANCE M.S.V hardness adjustment

The MonoSport system has 16 levels of hardness adjustment in combined compression/extension and as a novelty with respect to its predecessor Monoflex series, it incorporates a new valve subsystem made up of 2 mechanisms called Advance M.S.V.

The Advance Needle mechanism to increase the damping force range and the M.S.V. (Micro Valve System) to soften damping forces at low speeds.

6 - Compatible with the EDFC system

The Monosport system is compatible to adapt the EDFC Active and EDFC Active Pro electronic control units, it can be purchased separately in the future and easily mounted to convert your suspension into an active and self-governing suspension electronically in real time through triaxial G-force sensors.

With the incorporation of the EDFC system come 4 actuator motors that are installed in the upper part of the axes and transform the adjustment scale of 16 positions into 32 and 64 adjustment positions.

7 - Rigid top cups included (when applicable)

Most vehicle applications come with rigid cups for a simpler and easier assembly, and without having to reuse the original rubber element that is usually worn or deteriorated over the kilometers.

Depending on the characteristics of each car, they can come with uniball ball joints, or with reinforced rubber plates. most models include a drop adjustment system on the front axle (only on models with McPherson type suspension, in some applications with triangular arms this assembly is not possible)

8 - Reliability and long life

8 - Tein ZT patented anti-corrosion treatment
